Charles Darwin Research Station: The Scientific Heart Of The Galapagos

After meeting at the designated meeting point, we will travel to the Charles Darwin Research Station. There, you will learn about the key research and environmental education initiatives carried out by the Charles Darwin Foundation in partnership with the Galápagos National Park.

Our visit will also include the Giant Tortoise Breeding Center, where you can observe tortoises at different stages of life and discover the successful breeding and repatriation program. This important conservation effort has helped restore several giant tortoise species throughout the Galápagos Islands.
